Townhouse distributed over 3 floors. It comprises living room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 double one and 1 with 2 beds), 2 bathrooms and a splendid terrace with views. New, beautifully furnished, with air conditioning.

Bedroom 3: single bed (80 cm x 190 cm) + auxiliary bed (80 cms x 190 cms)
It is beautifully located: a few minutes from the town center and a few minutes drive from one of the best beaches in Spain (Playa de La Barrosa, ranked as the best beach in Spain in 2013 and 2014). Only 15 kms from Cadiz, half an hour from Jerez and the White Towns of Andalusia for great day trips.
It is located in a quiet area, surrounded by villas, with many trees and plants. However, it is close to the shops and bars downtown, and larger supermarkets as well as on the way to the beach of La Barrosa.
From Jerez Airport (XRY): it is advisable to rent a car after you allow trips to different beaches, charming villages, wineries ... The drive from Jerez airport is about 30 minutes (50 kms). It can also be accessed from the airport of Gibraltar (UK), which is 100 kilometers (80 minutes).
Near the house there are public buses to downtown and the beach. There are also bicycle lane leading to the beach.

Conditions : Security deposit 250 € ( refundable upon departure after checking that no damage) .
In high season ( 01/06/16 to 30/09/16 ) advance payment is required and no cancellations with less than 15 days.
